To
provide effective management of the Centre’s resources to enable the
Organisation to achieve its Mission.
The
Administration Division provides administrative support for the
Centre’s technical activities through six departments.Services provided by these
departments include:
Library
and Information Systems Department with state of the art LAN
with satellite linkages to the Internet, Audio-visual and desk
top publishing Units.
Office
Services Department that includes print shop, transportation
and custodial services.
The
Maintenance Department has responsibility for preventative
maintenance of equipment on the campus including autoclaves,
centrifuges and air-conditioners.
The
Finance Department that takes the lead in the management of
the financial resources.
Materials
Management – procurement of supplies and equipment in a cost
efficient manner, import and export of vaccines, reagents and
samples.
Human
Resource – training, recruitment and overseeing the Employee
Assistance Programme (EAP)
