Situational Analysis of Cytology Services in CAREC Member Countries
As part of the Caribbean Cervical Cancer
Prevention and Control Project, a comprehensive situation
analysis of cytology services was done in CAREC member countries as
a means of identifying areas which need to be addressed to improve
the quality of cytology services provided in the
sub-region.
This is the questionnaire which was used for
data collection.

The questionnaires were sent to all government
laboratories in CAREC member countries as well as to some private
laboratories. The recently completed situation analysis had
90% response rate. The report of the cytology situation analysis is
being finalized at this time.
